buying expired domain has few backlinks real PR

Hi every one
Currently I'm continued build my PBN slowly for my brand new site
While I'm searching for expired domain I found couple domains has PR 2~1 and their PR are real .
Ok according to Moz DA show me DA less then 20
domains I found have natural backlinks on footer from sites know nothing about SEO the just hobbies sites they don't even know they have expired link in their site .
this is look crazy but I have see many sites with DA ~50 and have junk backlinks from blogs comment forum spam etc no real back link even no real PR .
in this case can I ignore DA and buy such domain or it keep searching for DA first .

DA takes a while to update and has ways of artifical inflation. You should have your metrics to compare you domains against. Real backlinks should be good to pursue.

DA is just a metric that is created by a company who is NOT Google (or any other search engine for that matter). If the backlinks look legit then there isn't really much harm in buying the domain. How much juice you get is another question altogether. But DA by itself cannot tell you that.

Are the sites that link to it relevant, are they authoritative, are they likely to remain in place indefinitely? These are the questions you have to ask yourself.
