Hey, does anyone knows the way to buy Domain that would buy not from your own bank card and name?

You will need to confirm for ICANN etc at some point possibly, but most registrars take Paypal, if you have a stealth PP account.

I have bought from namecheap, paid in BTC, with fake name & address

you can use something like njalla , they basically buy the domain for you so you can stay anonymouys

You can buy domains using bitcoins. There are some registrars which accept crypto
