Buying Crypto anonymously

So I'm looking to buy some XRP (Ripple) which has lead me to trying to find a place where I can buy Bitcoin anonymously so I can change it over to XRP. I can't seem to find anywhere that doesn't ask for documentation and such.

My questions is: are there any other Cryptos I can buy anonymously that I can then transfer over to Ripple? Thanks!

p.s. I'm new to Crypto

You could always buy locally using local exchanges and meet ups.

There is BitFex.trade, no need for verification, it is rather new. Also, you could use bisq.network, rather complicated, maybe for advanced users - it's a software. I could dig up a tutorial how to use it if you want.

This. I am in a local group and this is what people do all the time if they want to buy any coins without the hassle of registering on an exchange, where you need to provide all kinds of IDs just to open an account.
