Where is a good place to buy aged domains with PR?
I see all the domains at TDNAM are mostly in the expired category which means they lose age and PR. Those are pointless to buy.

Where else should I get aged domains that aren't expired so I can start blasting away immediately?

My (limited) experience tells me that it is really about existing backlinks. You can find true gems if you are lucky.

Examples - domains I registered in June:
    - dropped domain (has been dropped 3 times during 8 years) with 4 PR3 EDU links is now PR4
    - expired domain from Godaddy Closeouts with some cool links - 1 Wikipedia, 55 (!) links from big news website (similar to CNN) including 5xPR5 8xPR4 and 30 more links with some PR - is also PR4 now and most of the posts I published are also PR4 or PR3

Each site has ~50 BMR links and small amount of high PR blog comments built.

    Cheers!

You can buy domains or websites at Flippa auctions.
When you buy the domains/websites, the ownership is transferred. PR for these domains is not lost.
