I notice with a lot of wordpress themes you can purchase; (specifically I am talking about envato but others have similar licenses at different prices) most websites have a regular license and an extended license. The regular licenses are affordable and fair anywhere from 10-70 dollars usually, and then there is an extended license which can range from $100-$3000 dollars. You buy this license either when you want to buy out the theme (No one else can buy it, which is understandable) or if you want to use it for "selling" something. Now my question is assume you buy the theme, which usually has 100's if not 1000's of other buyers, how would they ever figure out that one out of however many people were using it for selling? It is not like they can keep track of everyone who buys every theme, figure out what they are using it for, and then report it? Does anyone have additional info on this, or really would have any way of the seller "catching" the user having the theme and enabling it for 'selling' in some way? Just a thought.
