buying a localtown.me or aboutlocaltown.net domain

Hi BHW I am going to create a website for a certain location and I have looked at the available domains there is really only 2 that stand out as I want to make it as much based on that city as possible.

there is localtown.me available as a one word domain or aboutlocaltown.net a two word domain I really would like some input as to which you would go for in terms of ranking and how it would look to local business as I will be selling various advertising spots etc on this website
