I'm not an expert (and if you want an expert you need to pay him anyway), but nobody has answered yet, so here we go...
Buying a Fresh domain or Buying a expired domain with spam backlinks
but i dont know how to check if the backlinks are spam or real
so how do you know if they backlinks of the expired domain are spam if you don't know how to check them??
But anyway, spam backlinks can be removed / disavowed, or they can be diluted by building better links if the domain is good enough to warrant the trouble. The main thing with expired domains that should concern you is whether the domain had been penalized by google, or not. If it's penalized it's usually not worth using it anymore, regardless of whether it has any spam links or not...
The problem is that google have become bitches lately and don't always tell you if the domain is penalized or not, so it's possible for you to add the expired domain to your GSC and not get any warnings but the domain might still be penalized. It sucks, I know, but that's how it is...
Go to WBM (
https://web.archive.org/), type your domain in, and then go like an obedient scholar through each one of those dots, for each year, and manually check what kind of stuff that domain had over the years. In general, if you see a lot of yellow dots (at least 3 I would say over the entire age of the domain), that's an indication that the domain had changed hosts at least 3 times and that's not always good. It's not always bad, either, but it's a 1st sign that the domain could have been abused / spammed in the past, and that MIGHT be penalized by google without you knowing it...
Then check the green dots! Click on each single one of them and see what content the domain has had at any point that WBM show you. If, at any point, you see asian content (with the domain having never been intended for the asian market, obviously, otherwise it's a different story) then the domain has been spammed and is most likely useless to even consider using it.
Even if you don't see any asian content, you might still see content that has nothing to do with the initial niche of the domain, and this could also be a sign of trouble (although it's not always true)
If the domain has not been spammed with asian / non-relevant content and has never gone through multiple redirections, you can then use tools like Ahrefs / Semrush / Majestic to check its backlinks profile, but I'm not getting into details on what exactly you should look for because I'll be here all day typing words. Just use the search button to find the info you need, or check out
@Nargil's profile. The guy lives and breathes expired domains, and his answers are much better than what I can give you on this topic.
