It's possible, but there are no icons on the site and I use E-Junkie, so there really isn't even alink to Paypal on the site anywhere. Strange.

nah, the guy/girl who filed the dispute is a scammer for sure and if you continue selling digital items using paypal even through a 3rd party (e-junkie), then it wasn't the last one from this kind, i'm almost completely sure about that (especially if you use DP and such as marketplace)
as oyeah22 already said above: "There's nothing you can do ..it is out of your hands..If the buyer just claimed the unauthorized payment for no reason", and i can agree with that 100%

Don't worry, just be honest with PayPal. After you respond, an official PayPal investigator will look into details. They'll match IPs, etc, etc.
Even if the fool was using a proxy or spoofing his IP address, PayPal can easily find out about it.
I've had several idiots try to do this to me, but PayPal always denies their disputes and sends the money back to me.

Does the download link goes to the email used on ordering or the email that sent the payment?
If it goes to the email used while ordering and it is different than the one on paypal account then this is a hacked account or someone knows really what he is doing to cheap you and paypal.
If the email used in ordering matches paypal email that sent the payment. then there are 2 other possibilities.
1- The guy is a cheater and freebie hunter.
2- The guy had his paypal password matches his email password and the person who got his paypal password got his email password as well.
I have won the only unauthorized claim that I got 2 years ago and it was one order for 2 items of 99$ and 199$ so yeah it was almost 300$ about to be lost. Just sent paypal the logs and they surprisingly turned it into my favor. I think they check some things like if the password has changed before payment or if the ip at the transaction has been used on the account before or been used in previous payments or it is the first time to log into the account etc...

The email address was the same, and I've sent them all the logs. $17 or $300, it's still the priciplke of the matter.
I just find it very hard to belive that a hacker is going to stop and buy a $17 MRR video course. Why risk it?

In this case, it was worth it. Paypal ruled in my favor today! The zip code of the IP that the user downloaded the product from matched the zip code on the card that made the purchase and the chargeback was refused!
The asshole should have used a proxy to access the download. Dumb piece of shit. I actually emailed them thanking them so much for their purchase and pushing another one of my products. What an asshole I am. I love it!

Congrats man! Told you logging ip for the downloads give you more chances. When the ip you give to paypal matches the ip that usually access the account regularly then it's the same person who owned the account that actually made the purchase!
Well, you had luck this time, but most of them scammers just change their IP and after they purchase something, they just file this complaint and get the money back, because paypal always favors buyers in these cases. It's happens, part of the business...
