I found a hacking site called darkstuff (.)net where you can exchange minimum $200 for $1,200 Skrill/Paypal/WU

    Anyone tried it before?
    Are they legit or scam?

Hilarious OP. 1 post, and you're dropping a crap link like this under false pre-tenses. Nothing screams automated forum spam more than your post. Ciao!

Long story short - it's money laundering. The idea behind it is that credit card theft is simple, but getting the funds from the card without it being traced back to you is difficult. So services like this (some are actually legitimate) take the loss in stride since they have more card data than they know what to do with. PayPal funds get frozen, WU pickup requires ID so your ass will get busted in addition to them having security cameras. It's highly risky on your end but very little risk on theirs using this method. Hence the "unbelievable" return if you're willing to take the risk.
