I think there was a delay but this guy refunded my money. I think with Wikipedia, things can be tricky. Won't call him a scam.

I must agree though I had to do excessive follow-ups with this guy. But he is legit!
 
First order - done.

I placed my order yesterday, and it was a little bit tricky since I wanted a link from a specific Wiki page toward my specific page using, if possible, specific text and position of the text.

OP agreed but without warranty for my 'specific text and position'.

The order was placed yesterday, today I got a report with a link - the link is from the Wikipedia page I requested, toward my page as requested, but not using the text and position as requested.

All-in-all, I am pleased, especially if the link stays there - 30% off is ~54$ with 2 months link replacement warranty. fine by me ...
