    anyone know a good website where people list their websites, etc for sale.. im looking to invest in some stuff.

    flippa.com is the largest... They're owned by sitepoint. Flippa is their new "market place". Works very well.

    Tips :

    don't bother with buying listing features they are useless,

    make your starting bid as low as possible, if you wana sell the site for 1000$ make it 100$ so peaople can bid, and the more bids you have the more noticeble your auction will be and that will bring even more biders :), so avoid the mistake of having a high starting bid .

    answer all the comments to gain people's trust

    pay the full 5% seucess fee and mention that you will do so in your description

    any tips on how not to get scammed? i mean how do you know if the revenue they say it produces is true? i am very interested in purchasing turnkey websites and willing to spend big bucks.
