These days I'm building my next big project. This will be an authority site.
Content - have plenty of unique articles 1000 words each some have more some are of 500-700 words.Plenty.
Domain- havn't got yet, thinking if I need something like "imsosophisticated.com" or something like "jeep.com"
    Theme- nop
Revenue -It should be adsens ,later on -CB product, amazon is an option.

I want to start a community around this website so it must be professional. The content is valuable enugh

So do you think I should buy a good pro theme from somewhere and put the money there ,or hire someone here or fiverr or other places, whatever, and invest the money like that?
Thank you so much. Oh and I need a logo but this can be created with aaalogo

If you have good idea over template installation and if you have some prior work exp on these kind of stuff, you can go on with a professional Theme.. If you dont have enough time in doing all these work and if you are looking for something unique, you can actually Hire a Designer..

However professional theme doesnt works if you have more number of websites to be designed.

What kind of platform are you going to use?

Another option could be to find a good theme and then ask the developer to customize it for you.

I have done it myself with a Magento webshop. The advantage is that the developer already have made most of the work and he knows the template that you want him to modify. So it won't take him that many extra design hours to fit it to your need.

I was more thinking if you are going to use wordpress, joomla or another CAM platform for your website :)
