So if somebodys asks you a question multiple times because he doesn't understand the answer that person deserves to be banned without warning? I was just trying to rephrase my question because the guy didn't seem to understand me. Do I deserve to be banned for that? No.
If you think you can just treat customers that way without ruining your reputation then you have a lot to learn. Next time at least giving a warning or say that you're ending the conversation, don't just ban a person who's trying to get answers and clarity. It's beyond rude. I'm still waiting for an apology.

We both talked in pm, the situation is target account already privated at this moment, not when i was purchasing instant likes from @SMMnet the account isnt privated before, so after waiting the likes not coming for a day and already get like from other provider, account owner privated the account thats why the link lead to invalid ig post now. As the youtube comment upvoted, i will be really happy if the support ticket just answer its my link mistake from the begining i send ticket, not waiting me promise 0-12 hours so i dont have to waiting for 2 weeks without knowing what happened. Thanks.

I spend 30$ balance, expecting for followers service to work. It doesn't work at all. For the last 3 days I have been trying to order followers. They partial every single time. Refill for past orders doesn't work at all, and every time I contact support they say "we have contacted marketing department and your issue will be solved in 0-12h". This is BS, i want a refund or the services to work.

We get hundreds of orders per minute, we test services daily, we respond almost instantly on support. We explain answers yet all we see is negativity.

No, it's not user error. I have been using your service almost a month, then it just stoped working. I have already opened a ticket, which your user support was ignoring. Orders got stuck, they then refunded, I ordered again, it partialed, again, and again. Your support said i should try with only username, still got partialed. I sent IDs, your support is just ignoring. Ticket id - "2622"

I think is very cool of you to offer personal support to the BHW community. I have used your panel recently and TBH have had some trouble with your services...but to hear you say you are willing to answer support tickets for us make me want to continue using your services in the future. So I just put in my first order waiting to see how it goes. However I must say your customer service is absolutely, 100% unless. Any question you ask they direct you straight to the sales page no matter what the question is. To be honest the only thing they know how to do Is accept credit/debit card information. This is exceptionally horrible for first time users and to be honest the only reason why I still put an order in was because the easy user interface.
Ill come back to review the service when my order is complete.
