Can I get geo targeted reviews? indian audience specifically
 
This seller just ripped me off.
I sent him a payment over PayPal as a Service and then wanted me to resend it as a Friends and Family.
He told me it would take a while to refund the money, however just deleted the conversation.
Below is a screenshot of the conversation.
Do not trust this person.

Update on my issue.
I had to get PayPal involved for him to reply back.
It was the only way to get my money back.
I got refunded, but this person is a scammer.
