All you need to do is submit your APP link and email address. Once that is done, we will analyze your app and we will check your app to see if it is all good to start promotions. If for some reason it's not, then we will contact you with solutions. All orders will start with a 2 - 8 days delay (on extreme cases, if there is too many orders) and after that, the order will start and we will start sending you installs and reviews. At this time, we will send you a message telling you that the promotion has started. TAT depends on the package you selected and may take up to a few days to complete. Once everything is done, we will send you a report on what we delivered. If you have any questions about TAT please contact us before hand so we can confirm for you on how long it will take roughly. All installs and reviews are made with caution, that is why we take our time and why the TAT is longer then excepted. Installs will be sent depending on how we see fit. This is mostly made for new apps that wishes to get some exposure, installs and ratings so they can get a head start but can also be great to increase your reviews and rating in total for your app.

Please do note that the only MAIN purpose of our service is the increase your app rating and get your more installs (we have high retention, some usage) and good reviews in Google Play Store, so the app will get better exposure and looks much better then having negative or no reviews. Please do not use this service to gain revenue from your ads as we do not do that as our service will only install your app and rate/review it.

How many installs do you send per day?
This will highly depends and we see fit, mostly we send around 100 - 800 installs per day but this may vary depending on the package.

I have a new app, do you recommend this?
Yes. We also highly recommend that you start with the (600 + 15 reviews) for the any starter apps that just launched. This service is mostly made for new apps that are starting out to get a bit better exposure, but you can also use it to increase your installs, rating and reviews to older apps.

Can you mix in 4-star and 5-star reviews?
Yes. For our packages we provide 5-star reviews, but you can contact us before hand if you don't wish for reviews to be mixed or if you wish for reviews to be mixed depending on your choice. Newer apps (with no installs and reviews) is recommended to have mixed reviews and we will contact you if we see that it's better for your app that we do mixed reviews. Mixed reviews will be made with a 90% 5-star reviews and 10% 4-star reviews. Otherwise, 5-star reviews will be done.

Are ratings included with the reviews?
Yes, ratings and reviews comes together.

When will reviews start?
Reviews will start only after 3 - 5 days after we start sending you installs. When you order a review package, then we will also send you free installs and ratings along with the reviews which is included.

Can I buy my own custom reviews?
Yes! You can get your own custom reviews and write what you want too. You would need to provide us with the text to write.

Can I use this to earn revenue from my app?
No, do not buy this to earn revenue as we do not click on ads, we only instruct to installs/rate/review your app.

Are these real users installs?
If you mean by real users who will play your app/game, then no. The only purpose of our service is the increase app rank and rating in Google Play but we don't advertise as all our installs are incentives.

What is a month retention?
A Month retention means that your application will be kept on our devices for at least a month. Google Play looks for these long-retention downloads.

Which locations are the installs from?
Mostly are from USA and Tier-1 countries. Some Tier-2/3 countries may be mixed in, but very few little (around 5%) of total installs.

What is TAT?
TAT highly depends on when the order starts and which package you choose. Orders will start with a 2 - 8 days delay and once they start, we will send you an email telling you that the order has started. Once they are finished, we will send you another email with the report. Please contact us to get a rough estimate but mostly it is around the time-frame indicated.

It's now available and back in stock again. We work slowly on orders to make sure everything goes well and as planned so we only accept few orders at once and when we have enough orders then we will not accept anymore - so that is why the website says it's out of stock.
