I want to buy a tiktok account with followers and apply for tiktok shop affiliate but I don't know if i can use it from europe without vpn or proxy ?
any idea about that ?

first you will req a Eu account pref warmed up
+ an EU ip of the country of the account + anti detect browsers
even then there is no 100% safe account

Buying TikTok accounts is risky (bye bye account.).

For the TikTok shop affiliate program in Europe, rules are unclear. Using VPN to spoof location is risky too (bye bye account again.)
