I need a verified Paypal-account. I want it because I want to have another account that mine that I will use for some transactions that shouldn't be "connected" to my main biz (anonymous).

Is it stupid to buy it from some random dude on the net? Can I get in some big trouble or is the main concern getting the account closed down by Paypal?

It's not stupid, it's just not 100% reliable. If they block it you can just create documents and get it unblocked.

It also could be a hacked account...you never know. I would be careful when doing a business deal such as this one.

It is always safest to create your own account than buy it from someone...the same with anything on the internet if you know how to make the product.

This is the reason why we use i-trader here at bhw...so you can see who is a reliable seller.

This is nothing I will do, just in theory.

If I create a new PP-account with a "fake" address.
Can I verify it with some virtual VlSA or how should I make it verified?

Create your own account and verify with a VCC. There are many people in this forum who sell VCC. just check out the Buy/sell section. If you take from others you might face some problems, like one of the member was telling it could be a hacked account. So better create your own and verify by VCC.

    Thanks for all replies.

If I open a personal account, will people be able to send me money or do I need to open a premier account? I dont really get the difference.

It depends on which country you are registering the PayPal account in. If it is the within the USA, you must have a banking account to validate the PayPal account, so a VCC would not do the trick for validation purposes (it would only lift/increase your spending limits).

However, other countries are different. I think with Canada and the UK you have to use a banking account to verify an account as well, but other than those three countries I am pretty sure it can be done with a VCC.

I see shaks99 has posted in this thread above. I can vouch for him. I have purchased a verified PayPal from him in the past and I never had any issues with him or the PayPal whatsoever.

    I hope that helped!

    Cheers!
