Business license or not?

In some countries you dont need a business to sell, you just need a business that will send your invoices and pay your taxes.
Its like you are a regular employee in the "invoice company". We have i few of them in Sweden.

That's pretty much how it is here. At the end of the day, the IRS will be the ones to follow up with you about paying your taxes - the city probably wouldn't even notice unless you're flagged.

I usually go with the taktical method which is a all star thread. My llc cost 350- and when I send the link to my LLC the clients usually gives up. GOOD LUCK

I have been following his thread for awhile (on and off kindda thin), but I am not sure what you meant by 'his method'. Is there a good way to respond to a client asking for business license etc.?

Secondly, can you elaborate what you mean by them giving up as you sent your LLC link to them? I dont quite understand? Is LLC not good enough or what?

Lastly, I am not sure if anyone experienced this, but is there any liability when it comes to online marketing? Some may answer NO (which seems obvious), but what if the client decide to sue when his/her business lost ranking in SERP (after panda updates) etc.?
