First of all I would like to introduce myself, I am Burger King and I am currently enrolled in college in the USA. I have been on this forum, as well as other forums like this learning IM and SEO techniques for around 4 years maybe. I only ever built one site, which I never really put any effort into in those 4-ish years. This is mostly because I was always looking for "instant gratification" so I would do surveys or write articles to earn maybe $500 a year. Not much at all, but I realize if I would have started my own website 3-4 years ago and stuck with it, then I would be living a different lifestyle than I do today. So I realized no better time to start than now then right? I have started a journal like this before, I got to $20 a day for about 5 days, but it kind of fell through, because none of that income was sustainable, it was all a one time profit, I never really started anything. I already have started a website though so this time is different, and I am sticking to it this time! My goals right now are to get -$50/Day for at least 10 straight days - A "toolbox" of SEO tools, like scrapebox, and UNF - At least 3 sustainable review website with outsourced content and SEO I plan to do this with journey Amazon review sites, gathering traffic by writting unique content, and making unique youtube videos. Tying it all together with backlinks, facebook likes, and various other methods that I haven't though of yet? I already purchased a domain and hosting 2 weeks ago, and have been working a little everyday on it since. This is my first WP site, and I am a designer, so I have been trying to make this site look at least decently good. But ran into many problems with the layout being to complicated. What I want it to look like is way beyond what I know how to do with Wordpress. Because of that I got very frustrated the last week and didn't really work on the site. But I have pretty much figured everything out now, and I am ready to start writing content, and making youtube videos. I have a part time-ish job working about 25-30 hours a week that ends soon, and then I am going back to school for the summer, but that shouldn't matter. I will keep track of my time spent working on this everyday, and will try to get 8 hours a day focused on this journey. I'll post screenshots of the time my timer is at everyday. If there is anything I learned from my time lurking on these forums is that instead of reading 15 methods on how to make something work, just try it out for yourself and see what happens. I also learned that the number one key to this is sticking to it and don't quit. I truly do have the desire to make a successful website and I am looking forward to the learning process and development that comes along with it! So wish me luck, and give me some support!
