Bulk SMS marketing Spam Or A New Age In Marketing?

Anyone doing sms marketing? if so what is a cheap solution to send mass sms messages. Are the laws the same as spam laws?? any softwares out there that you would recommend?

that is still not that cheap right. Around 2-4 erous which is 4-8 U.S. cents a message. Im wanting to build a large phone optin list for one of my businesses. And some of my affiliate managers swear its the biggest thing. Mobile advertising. there are about 5 sites you can us for free online but none of them in bulk. Also i have been looking for a application to do this i have been all over source forge and the free lance websites.

SMS spam produces A LOT of complaints from the telco carriers to your sponsor and most of the time you will end up with several c&d's and legal letters.

I say this out of experience.

How about building sms optin lists. Is there a fast way to do this. Without having to pay 4 cents to 10 cents everytime you have to send a phone message?? Like a bulk set rate mailer like aweber or in similarities?
