Bulk Gmail password and backup email changer - Does anyone know such a tool?

I need a tool where I can change Gmail passwords in bulk.

Bonus points if they have a backup email changer too, and even better if that tool can retrieve the confirmation codes from that backup email.

I know that these tools exist.. usually custom-made, but I am wondering if there is anything available for licensing/personal use so I don't need to hire a developer for it.

They are not.

This is no use for me.

I believe your go to is to hire a dev.
