    Hi guys,

Here's the deal...someone contacte me and offered to promote one of my membership sites to his email list of over 1 million emails. He told me that he will send bulk emails to his list in exchange for 40% commission from the sales he makes for my site (recurring subscription) - and he accepts paypal.

Should i go for it? What do you say? Any risks involved?

I would really appreciate your advice on this.

    Thanks.

will make your domain in spam blacklist..

maybe first you'd ask him to run a test campaign and make sure the list is clean before sending out your main site. just to avoid the spam blockades imo.

I asked him about the risks of getting blacklisted and he said that in case this happens their servers will get blacklisted, not my domain. they also said they spend thousands every month to change their ips, smtp, emails etc. he basically assured me that my site is safe.

I'm still hesitant...any other risks you guys can think of?

Seems like a win-win situation as long as his list is top quality..

it will be good offer but do not use the existing or your direct money making website for this because there's a little risk like site getting caught on spam.. so just create new domain and make paypal processor on it and so on and use it for this offer.. its just a precaution step..

Yes, there's no loss but gain for you.
Make sure that the subscribers are niche related or else if they report your domain, then it will be blacklisted which will then hurt the reputation of your domain.

    oh.. are your sure ?
i mean not blacklisted by google search.. but blacklist from email provider like gmail, yahoo, etc if you send much bounce email and to many complain.
i think email provider not only detect your IP.. but content, header, etc.. CMIIW..

you can ask him to divert all traffic to his landing page and from there to your landing page.. I am doing it for 1 of my client. he pays me twice a month.
