Hello BlackHatWorld community,

I am looking to start a bulk email marketing campaign to promote some affiliate offers to recipients in the USA. I am from Romania, EU and I'm considering renting a VPS and adding a few SMTPs from Asia, specifically Hong Kong, to ensure the emails are delivered properly. However, I am stuck on the question of whether to use a Linux VPS or a Windows VPS.
My PC runs on Windows, so I'm unsure which type of VPS would be best suited for my needs. I am considering hiring a Fiverr guy to set everything up for me, but I want to make sure I choose the right option before I proceed.
Which type of VPS do you think is better for bulk email marketing, Linux or Windows? Are there any specific advantages or disadvantages that I should be aware of before making my decision?

I also plan on buying a proxy for constantly changing the IPs of the SMTPs. What proxy should I choose?

As an additional note, I wanted to mention that I have access to a list of 10 million email addresses of people who have participated in sweepstakes before. I plan on using this list for my bulk email marketing campaign, but I want to make sure that the emails are delivered to the recipients' inbox and not marked as spam.
If anyone has experience with using such a large email list for a bulk email campaign, I would appreciate any advice or tips on how to ensure high deliverability rates and avoid getting flagged as spam.

Thank you in advance for your input, I look forward to hearing your thoughts on this matter.

1) Pick windows
2) Proxies are not used for mailing unless proxies are opened with port 25 and such proxies are hard to manage on cold mailing.
3) instead use multiple windows and rotate them.

Good luck :)

Thank you for your response!
But what do you mean by using multiple windows and rotating them?

aren't you sending emails over windows network ? if your planning to send via proxies then you just need one bulletproof windows which can handle all your operations effectively.

But very very few proxy companies are open with port 25 try once.

Good luck :)
