That should be more than enough. When I first started I just used a basic "marketing" site with next to no content and got into all of the mainstream networks. In my experience, what you say in your application (and when and if you call them to follow up after applying) is more important than the site itself.

yeah but isnt the point of having a website to show ur not a complete nub? if u have pages of content they'll see you're new to this, no?

is it better to go in very aggressive, with a really professional generic marketing site, like nevarc says with intermarkmedia d&t c$m?

That is plenty to get approved by most cpa companies. You don't even need a website just put a good phone number so that the affiliate manager can call you an tell them
"I don't have a website but I provide free website design for local companies in my area and I put cpa ads on these website's to help cover the cost for my services." I have never been rejected using this method

However if you use this method you will not be approved immediately for incentive offers until you have a website reviewed by an am in order to ensure that you have all of the legal stuff in place.

I believe if you are offering incentive offers than you are required to provide certain disclaimers etc.. If you visit the CPA Company they will have instruction for offering incentives but if you don't plan in promoting these offers then you don't need to worry about it.
