So I have a question, I know I ask a lot but I only ask if I cant find a solution about it anywhere else.

I am building web 2.0 buffers for my site and I am new to this, I am targeting incredibly low competition but super long tail keywords. When creating web 2.0s I need to use these keywords in the title of my blog and in the pages as well? It seems like that would look a little bit spammy to me but I'm not really sure if it matters or not.

For example, if I am targeting a keyword such as how to become a basketball player, (just an example not my keyword) should I be putting this in the description, blog title, page title and content? Seems like it would be quite difficult to incorporate that long of a keyword into everything.

Of course not. That screams spam a miles away. Blog title and blog description should be something related to the general niche your long tail keywords are in. In your example - related to basketball. The page title, being the most important factor when it comes to SEO, can either contain the exact match keyword or a similar/LSI one. The content should contain the exact match keyword a couple of times (make sure you have proper densities) and also have lots of LSI keywords related to the subject as well to increase relevancy, therefore increasing the "weight" this link carries for your money site.

So focusing on the content is pretty much the only important part here. Is it okay to have at least 1 or 2 exact match blog titles out of say 10 web 2.0 blogs or do you think that they will get deindexed later on for spam?

Well I guess I just got an answer to my question, after all of my hard work trying to build a quality unique content in wordpress web 2.0 my blog got suspended. No idea why this happened, very discouraging :(

It's not the only important part. Here is a tip to simplify things: do on-site SEO for your money article (the one that links back to your money site) on the web 2.0 the SAME way you would do on your money site. That means keyword density is on the proper levels, internal linking, optimization, outbound links, etc... For the filler articles, you don't have to care at all, just make sure they are relevant to the same broad topic that your money article and money site is.

Moderators on these Web 2.0 platforms do not ban you for having exact match blog titles lol. They ban you if they see that you are creating your blog just to link to your site, hence why you need to provide some value on your web 2.0 to prevent deletion. This means post more than 1 article, readable articles, about me, privacy policy and contact us pages should be there, link to your social profiles, make a logo and banner to make it look like a real site (it doesn't matter if it's shit), link to other sites not just yours and for God's sake don't post your money article immediately as the 1st post. Even if you do, don't link out at first until it gets approved. Later add your link and re-index/cache the article again on Google.

Thank you for all the information Thunder, I hope I am doing this correct. Am I supposed to make a web 2.0 for each individual money site article or can I use the same web 2.0 to promote my other money articles as well. So far I have been creating them specifically for one money article.

I like to keep it strict at 1 link per Web 2.0, but I usually end up posting more filler content over time on them, so I do create backlinks for my other pages of the same money site as well from the same Web 2.0. To answer your question, yes you can but don't overdo it. Also make sure you have a good number of referring domains in your backlink portfolio, which means don't make all your Web 2.0-s on the same platform, but mix up a dozen ones at least. There are a gazillion threads in BHW that have shared thousands of Web 2.0-s over time you can use, search for them.
