Hey guys I have some really unique offers that are very easy to complete and fill various niches (i know doesn't everyone). Anyways these types of CPAs really convert well with lots of niches in videos found on youtube. I usually message people with good quality and view count videos that look like they put time into their videos and ask them if they would promote something in the beginning or end of their video (remember related to their niche, free and very simple to complete, not an obvious stupid ad). I usually give them an id on the cpa site and show them the earnings that we split. This has worked well but obviously there are people that are reluctant to do it thinking they will lose their view base, them being happy with youtube ads, possibly being too well known and making enough money to not bother, etc.

Anyways I was just wondering if anyone does anything similar and has any advice (possibly creating a site that manages many youtubers sort of like machina or wtv and other brands on YouTube but without having to use big well known sponsors.

I agree that it is essential to have these relations with fellow youtubers. I sort of look at it as you scratch my back I will scratch yours.

oh that's smart too didn't think of that, you wont believe how many people just make videos for fun or are just monetizing with youtube ads, also a lot easier than creating good videos and ranking them as well as much better than just copying others videos.
