    Hello Guys,
Recently I have read in one blogs that we shouldn't create any backlinks in a new website at least for the first month. Is it real or not? I mean, if I build a new website can I starting process of backlink or is better if I leave website "alone" for the first month?

    thanks

You should be fine to build links right away, just don't go crazy with it. 10 links will look normal to google but if you create like 300 links 24 hours after the site went live then that can look suspicious.

I think it all depends on the domain.

If you got a expired domain you can start right away, but if you got a brand new domain you should start very slow. Thats the experience I made.

You can start immediately. Just keep it very slow. Imagine that all your backlinks were naturally produced. You wouldn't get loads on the first day, or week, or month. Instead, grow slowly.

Some days you don't want to build links.

BUT, after 3 months, you'll be able to hit it harder because your site will be older. And remember, you can - and should - build backlinks to the backlink pages sooner (as they're on older properties.)

If you are newbie, learn to create blog with unique content. Otherwise, start backlink process.

Guys, Thanks for your post. You are a newbie so try to take off slowly otherwise it will create a negative impact. Try to use unique content. Take few weeks for back linking. By the way what about your blog?

Slow and steady wins the race. Just slowly build something strong, with good foundations. Not some crap that will get banned within a few months.

+1 for that. For a new domain you would need to wait a bit for sure. Expired ones usually are ready to go after 2-3 days of being reindexed.

    Home Page:
Get the site set up, add some content and let the site get indexed.
Add more content then slowly start doing off page seo.
