I am just wondering if this is recommended, especially after all this panda and penguin bs.
To save time, I would like to build links to 2 sites at the same time.
For example, let's say I am blog commenting. I will put my comment, then URL1 URL2
    or let's say I am writing a post on a forum. I will put URL1 URL2
is this a big footprint that they will notice and discount my links?
should I have 4 URLs and rotate them? (URL1 URL2 on one blog, URL1 URL3 on another blog, URL2 URL4 on another blog)

And you call yourself the SEO dude...

Ask yourself if it leaves a footprint if all the pages you have links on contain links to both your pages.. The answer seems quite straight forward to me. No one but google can tell if they'll discount the links. Obviously if they're spammed to hell blog comments with 1000s of OBL they won't be worth much. Just focus on doing an all-round linkbuilding campaign and try to make it look natural by deep linking as well.

If you are building two sites in the same niche why? If you are not, based on your screen name "theseodude" you should know to only build links on relative sites with all the Google changes.
