Building a site based on another site where changes on one site affects another

Hi
Does anyone here know how to take one site like Amazon copy it to another site (products and prices not design) and make a site based on those products and prices (with changes to prices on percentages or amounts)
If you do know - How much would it cost me? (already have a domain and a design just not the products and the pricing automation)

How does it work? do I need to upload everything one by one and connect it or is there an overall to it?
