I think the title is pretty self-explanatory. I am planning to build a reputation management agency in 100 days. For this, I am actually reselling a reputation management service from BHW. 95% of this project will be outsourced.

    A Small Intro About Me:
I am basically a Mobile App Marketer. For the past few years, I have been making a decent living from my own apps and by providing app marketing services for others. I also run a Virtual Assistant Company based in Bangalore, India. Academically I hold a Masters degree in Mobile App Development(definitely self-boasting :p)

Since I run a Virtual Assistant Company I have access to a good number of VA's. I choose one of the best VA's in my company for this project. She will be spending 4 Hours a day on this project.

    Vision For the Company:
Generate $2500/Month by July 15(10 Sales A Month)
The project will be discontinued if it does not meet the target by July 15 or else I will scale this like anything.

What I have done till now:
-Bought a domain and hosting from Godaddy and set up WordPress on that

-Hired a Virtual Assistant for $200/month and explained to her about my project. I spend a lot of time getting to know her and letting her know I trust her and I am open to any ideas she has. I think if you are outsourcing projects to Virtual Assistant it is really important to build a relationship with the VA. Don't give them unrealistic targets. I have made it clear to the VA this is a project for 100 days and we may or may not succeed but whatever happens, I am never going to blame her

-I made her go through 10 competition sites and analyze them to find their USP and the packages they offer. This should give her an idea of about what to be included in my site.

Works I have given her for today:
    - Develop a USP For my product
    - Find A Wordpress theme that can be used for the site
    - Develop a Skeleton of pages that should be available in the website.

I will only be using free forms of marketing for this( cold calling and cold emailing). I have some experience for lead generation using cold emailing and calling and I will be teaching the VA about it soon. Anyway that is to be done in later stages of the project after I have defined my ideal customer. I just have a one line description of my ideal customer now, "Small-Medium business owner who cares about their brand awareness and their reputation online". But this description is too broad. Will be narrowing it down in the following weeks.

The service would focus of brand building and reputation management in Google. The seller here in BHW has agreed to give me 20% commission for each package sold, and the average commission is between $150-$300 per sale.

All the best...so you're targeting Indian business owners? Also, your VA is located in your city or outside country?

If you are planning on launching an ad campaign its better to hire an Ad Specialist from Upwork. They normally charge somewhere around $40-$100/hr. If you have the budget I can put you in touch with someone I have worked before. To be frank I wouldn't use a VA to launch ad campaigns. It is something that requires a considerable budget and specialised skill set.

    Day 2 Update:
I was really impressed with the work my VA did yesterday. She found me a nice and simple theme which I could use. She even did some reading on website psychology and came up with some colour combinations I can use on the site. She did a through research on the USP's of the competition came up with 2 Important points that should be USP for my service.

Tasks I have given her for today:
1.Take a course on Udemy on Wordpress Web Design
2.Come up With A Tagline for the website

I did also provide her the login details to wp-dashboard so that she can play with the site and apply the stuff she learned in the course.

I am planning to give her a book or course on finding ideal audience for the service. Do you guys have some suggestion for that?

    Day 4 Update:
My VA has been continuing with the wordpress course for now. She's doing a great job. She did already make a few changes to the site which makes it more aesthetic. I did also add 40 new pinging services in the wordpress dashboard so that whenever I make a new post a new post it gets indexed quickly. I did also change the permalink structure to make it more valuable from an SEO point of view. I did make the VA write about us section section and the FAQ section. As for the about us section I made her write as if we are 7 year old company with clients from various fortune 500 companies. They say fake it till you make it right ?

Would it be possible for you to share the list of these pinging services if they're working for you? I have a movie site where several new movies are published every day. If pinging works, it would help a lot.
