Just need some help, no offence guys!!! :):)

Same as any blog in any niche. You work out where your target audience is online (or offline too as you've talked about, most people overlook this) and get your content in front of them.

    That can be by...

Blog commenting on niche blogs where relevant. Good insightful comments and not link spam "hey great post - LINK" crap. Add all the best ones to an RSS feed and check daily. Also set up Google Alerts for your keywords or niche to get alerted when a new blog is posted.

Being a valued member of high traffic forums where you give useful advice, help people, answer questions and share useful content. Helps if they allow clickable signatures. People will check out your sig if they got useful advice from you.

Getting involved in social media hubs n groups on Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, G+, Tumblr, Reddit etc. Find out where your target audience hangs out. Share useful content along side your own.

Guest posting or syndication content on relevant blogs in your niche.

Videos - create cooking and recipe videos and get them on Youtube.

    That's a good start.

Youtube works awesome for recipes. Make some video and share them over youtube and post the measuring of the ingredients and the detailed method on your blog. So users will circle through your youtube channel and blog everytime they visit either your channel or your blog. Do enable ads on youtube video too.

Get subscribers to your recipe by giving freebies then once you acquire subscribers you can offer them your product like recipe book, guide or videos. Join communities with same interest as yours and guest blog to build credibility. Research keywords for targeted traffic in search engines.
