Hello everyone,
I'm reaching out with a somewhat comprehensive topic that has been affecting and preoccupying me for a while now. I'm a coder and can implement my projects myself. I'm also familiar with appropriate hosting. What I lack is knowledge in the area of marketing / social media.
I've been working mainly with Google Ads for quite some time, and occasionally with Facebook Ads. Twitter and TikTok Ads are currently in development.
What I fundamentally lack is strategic marketing knowledge.
- So, how do I identify my target audience?
- Who is my target audience?
- What are the right channels to promote?
- Where and in which countries?
- What are the keywords I can/should use?
- Which markets are active where?
- How can I trace the target audience?
- How can I identify specific platforms and use them to my advantage?
These questions have been lingering in my mind for a while, and I'd love to expand my knowledge immensely. Many tools like Semrush, ahrefs, etc. are known to me, but I would love to acquire more knowledge to better promote my own projects.
Can anyone recommend tools, platforms, techniques, video courses, services, or agencies that I can delve into?
I believe that one should openly acknowledge their weaknesses or gaps in knowledge in order to address them. Therefore, I'm hoping the community can provide some tips.
