I have tried Cloaking Master, wich I didn't like and I have SEC with the add-ons. I do like it...but wanted to build something with a little more customization, is a one time cost for me (not buying additional licenses of add-ons) and one that gives me a little bit more flexibility.
So far:
It is php, and it updates from trusted forums and sites, all of the latest bot IP's and user agents every 10 minutes or more (can chose the frequency). In case the sites or forums are down, it uses the last known good database of IP's and user agents.
The issue I had with cloakers or doorways pages - some of them at least, is that you can build a customized template, but not a lot of thought goes into the ability to create huge unique content pages. My thinking was that if I have 1000 pages, each of them needs to be totally unique and pass a human inspection.. not just in structure, but also in content.
So right now, I have markov'd the shit ouuta a script and am using databases of content and injecting keywords throughout. This is giving me unlimited unique content and it is creating static pages up front.
I have a fairly easy central interface to upload the content to any site I have and am now working on the promotion end of it by way of intergrating guestbook and trackback posting, along with a slick little blog spam setup I have.
Any really experienced cloakers out there? Looking for feedback and maybe run a test or two as soon as I intergrate the promotional tools into it.
Thanks in advance.
