I just posted my first post on my blog. My aim is to build this blog so that I can apply to CPA networks(and get accepted;)). For that I'll need a lot of traffic.
I decided to put up a feed on my blog but I don't know how. I went to feedburner but they're asking me to enter a feed url. I don't have a feed url. When I used blogger, blogs used to get feed urls by default, but I don't think that's the case with WordPress. So can someone please help me.:p

    Right thanks!
One more thing, I read about autoblogging here. Will it be good if I setup an autoblog. Will the CPA networks accept an autoblog? I don't think so......
maybe I'll buy another domain for an autoblog
But the feed url didn't work. I went to feed validator and it returned a 404page not found error.

I used an autoblog & got accepted... make sure you include a CPA offer from a banner you have from another company. Also put your email address as whatever @ yourdomain . com

I read some where like, to be approved by CPA networks you don't need a high traffic blog. Just create a blog about affiliate marketing and write something like you already know a lot of stuff about aff marketing.

You do not need any traffic to your blog to get accepted to affiliate network. What makes you think that you need traffic in order to get in?

Dont waste your time/effort in building traffic. The networks only want to know whether you know your shit when it comes to CPA. Most, if not all networks will call you and ask you a few questions regarding affiliate marketing. IMHO, they don't give 2 rats about whether your blog has traffic or not.

Just be convincing and answer their questions as if you're the king of CPA and you will have no problems getting in. If you don't know anything about CPA, don't apply until you're ready. Just don't give lame excuses and reason that you do "SE zero" or any ninja optimization or you have a software that does all the work for you. :)

I was always under the impression that traffic was the key. Seems like you're right. Why the hell would they care if I get traffic i I could get them traffic. I put up a couple of posts and applied to a network, lets see how it goes......

Good luck. Dont go frenzy and apply to 20 networks with different answers to your applications. I made this mistake once and got caught off guard when one of the networks called me and asked the same question that was already asked in the application.

Of course i didnt know what to tell them as i didn't know what exactly did i write in the application for that particular network. :)

LOL!! Which is why I'm writing the same thing on every application. Got accepted by one already, and applied to two more. Now I'll only be posting once a day....
