If you're using Wordpress there's various legal and privacy policy plugins that'll do it all for you.

You should also a disclaimer regarding who owns the trademarks of the games you'll be discussing on your blog.

To meet FTC requirements, you will need to have an affiliate disclosure on your website.

Don't forget the contact page and a FAQ page. FAQ pages help lower the bounce rate in my case

Hi, a privacy policy and disclaimer page should do it. I wouldn't write one yourself though, many plugins out there that will create them for you and free online generators.

Don't worry so much about duplicate content on these pages, apparently Google doesn't penalize you for the legal stuff.
