Build tons of links to a feed site, or to money site?

Hello, I am currently debating on which method to use for building backlinks.

I have a .edu sub-domain that I can do anything with, currently have a article with <h1>, and <strong> linkbacks to my money site on it, that is indexed in all search engines.

Should I be using scrapebox to spam blast this .edu page with tons of backlinks which would result in giving me one super strong .edu backlink, or should I be using scrapebox on my money site instead for thousands of individual weaker backlinks?
