I believe building PBN is very hard and costs too much i.e.

    a) Have to have fake names/emails - different credit cards to avaoid footprints
    b) different domain name servers, hosting providers etc..
    c) VPN
    d) eveytime clearing cache, cookies etc... to avoid google penalties

Everyone agrees, any advice how we can build PBN fast?

Well if "too much time to setup" is your only complaint about doing PBNs, you can deal with all 4 problems you listed by using whois privacy on all domains and using some host like EasyBlogNetworks. That will cut the time it takes to buy a domain (mind you buy it, not find it) and set it up with wordpress to no more than 10 minutes / domain.

Yes PBN's can cost a lot, but in the long run their worth it & have helped me ranked a couple of sites for a good return.

    a) Using fake information is not hard with fakenamegenerator. Who said you have to use different credit cards? I use the same paypal account for all my PBN's & havn't had problems.
    b) Yes different hosts are essential, but being organized goes a long way!
    c) You don't need a VPN
    d) Your a little paranoid, you don't need to clear cache every time you edit/post using your PBN.

I think you need to do a little more research on PBN's and the best ways to limiting your footsteps.
Here's a GREAT PBN GUIDE to help you with all your questions and will have you ready to create PBN's with out any of you current worries, good luck!
