I currently have a small PBN that was built mostly from domains that were not indexed when I purchased them but after adding content they re-indexed.

I'm looking into building a new money site on an expired or aged domain, and I'm looking for domains that are still indexed, but I can't find a provider or way to scrape domains that have good metrics (TF > 15, DA > 15), clean backlink profile, and are still indexed for under $50. I would prefer to not have to buy through godaddy auctions because I don't want to wait a week to get the domain. I am also wondering at this point if getting domains that are still indexed will help. I read that if the domains are still indexed it's easier/faster to rank high without having to wait the normal period of weeks/months before hitting the first page (for low competition/long tails). So to summarize, my questions are:

    1. Does getting an aged domain that is still indexed help in ranking faster?
    2. Where can I buy an indexed domain with good metrics for under $50?

    Thanks

I found both work well. As long as it has strong backlinks and no prior spam activity.

Yes that will work well. But why not buy pre indexed domains? There are so many available..

What do you mean by pre-indexed domains?
