I am using the search button. I'm asking for guidance more than methods here. I want to know that I'm on the right track before I commit to doing tasks that may be fruitless.
When you outsource this... how do you weed out the people who don't know what their doing? I don't know enough about this subject to judge for myself.

I wouldnt recommend freelancers for this. I hired one, his statement of what he planned to do seemed really professional and I was impressed.
But when I received his worksheet I was shocked. He didn't have the first clue about getting backlinks, or backlines as you call them.....all nofollow.
