Build a pbn on ex pbn under filter: can it work?

Hello,

Was thinking about a thing: even if a domain was already user for Jap pbn, but got solid backlinks, will it work to try to remove panda filter for spun content and rebuild a pbn there?

Because in theory, even if this kind of domain will never rank like before, he conserve his link weight.

Am I mistaken ?

There is a chance, that the domain does not have a penalty at all, so you can try to register it. However, if it's penalized, then I wouldn't even try doing something like this. It's completely futile and not worth your time.

Most of Japanese/Chinese PBN are spammed/abused and most of them are on Google's Honeypot. So for me, I will never use that domain even if the backlinks are good.
