I posted a video of golden boy Bryce Harper striking out and then giving Jason Motte the stink eye while grabbing his crotch. It got picked up by several media outlets and went viral. Today, I get a cease and desist letter from MLB and YouTube. What I don't understand is the fact that when you search YouTube for MLB you easily see that there are 100's if not 1,000's of recorded clips similar to the type I posted. What gives?

Dude, MLB are absolute Nazi's in takng down content. If it were the NBA, it'll still be up, but they literally have a team dedicated to taking stuff down. Unless it's a non-broadcast footage, (ie: from the stands)

If you flip the video, you might stand a chance before the C &D letter. But MLB vids are bad business, NBA much, much better (the only thing they take down is fights, opposite of the NHL who salivate over that).
