Brochure / pamphlet when visiting potiential clients

I'm going to make cold calls to clients offices in the next day or two. I would like to have something to either show them or give to them summarizing what I can offer and the benefits they will receive. Does anyone have examples or templates of what they bring when they cold call? This is mainly for web design, little bit of SEO.

If you're selling web design the most important thing you need is a portfolio. It doesn't matter what kind of text or information you have on you pamphlet - 9/10 people wouldn't buy web design without seeing what you can do.

What I did personally is I headed over to graphicriver.net and got a pamphlet that looked sharp. When I got em printed they looked so professional, it was really fun to go out there and show people what we can do
