I just got a notice to respond to see if I can be selected for jury duty, should I write that I know about jury nullification on the response paper so I won't even be selected for the jury pool? Or could I face legal problems for bringing up in the letter I have to send back?

That's a pretty cool vid. I would probably submit the letter back in a less declining way and simply advise of your prejudice if summoned in person (the final steps of jury duty). The letters just serve to establish a much larger pool of candidates and the odds of being carried forward at that point would be no better than your 50/50 ticket at a stag. No direct experience with nullification, in Canada we don't see too many jury determined sentencing... or many crimes at all for that matter ;)
