I welcome you all for another whitehat journey. This time it's featuring my 62K+ gaming channel that's been sitting MOSTLY inactive for 2-3 months. It's been a complex ride with this one, and a long story.. but the short version of it is basically I got it from a dude after 1 year of inactivity. I worked on it for 3 months and lost 3-4K subs but gained some new ones. Made some money. Then left it (Not because I wanted to, but because other people were involved. Now it's only me)

I think this month it can definitely make at least $50. Let's try and get it to $500 a month before I leave for Poland in May! (Rent in Warsaw for a 2-3 bedroom will cost me $500 or even less)

I'm working on 2 MAIN channels as of this moment, with a third one supporting my flagship. This isn't as important to me as my flagship just because even if these subs were ACTIVE, they still wouldn't be as loyal as the 6K I have on there.

    Alright, let's begin.

Of course subscribers will be unreliable as we'll probably lose thousands more over the next few weeks after kickstarting it back up. Right now getting views back up is the most important thing.

This is 100% whitehat on YouTube because remember, I HATE fake views. They're ONLY for short-term stuff. I think long-term. Next year this might be worth 5-6 figures ;)

That's great revenue for that many subscribers. Keep going!

    Notes:

I'm uploading 4 videos a day from others, since this is a community channel. I left my pro mic in Poland, kind of regret it now but oh well. There's so few people who actually care about YouTube, half of my old list of submitters stopped uploading or have absolutely crap content. I'm definitely switching to my own commentaries / news when I can. For now it's time to look for better posts.

    Update #3

I have decided to rebrand the channel starting tomorrow. I left my pro mic and pop-filter in Poland, but have decided to screw it and continue anyways. I shall vlog about gaming news, and stop the community aspect of the channel. I shall not waste my time with people who do not have the energy to even run their own channels. If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself I guess.

Now this will be a bit tricky as I have a trip to California for 1 week starting Tuesday (and I am NOT bringing my computer with, so I have to do a few uploads in advance). I have already the first video prepared. 11am CST posting every single day. Now just have to follow that schedule consistently, and people will eventually get used to it.

We're at 62,097 subs. Remember, they're not important at the moment. Views are. I have decided to switch my sleeping schedule to 4.5 hours daily now so that I have more time to work :)

    Update #4

As with my flagship channel, I've been thinking about the rebranding of this channel and what I'd truly like it to be long-term. As in, I've been struggling to discover what true identity I should portray for the camera. I think I finally discovered something that might work, but now the tricky bit will be trying to schedule 9-10 uploads while I'm gone (just in case, as I want to keep everything on schedule).

Today was the first upload and it didn't do amazing, but as with everything, there needs to be enough time to see the results. I'll consistently try to post for the next couple of weeks and I'm sure by then each episode will be getting hundreds of views, if not 1k+ (which is where my currenty main channel is). And then from there on, it'll grow no problem.

I was looking at the socialblade today of my first large channel due to nostalgia, but it's been down for quite a while now. By first I mean it was the second channel I ever created. It took years to get momentum, but in its last few months when it was finally picking up speed.. welll, that's a long story that I'll save for another time ;)

Now as you can see, I've lost some views and subs (I deleted some copyright notice videos), so it's a bit of a bumpy start but eyyy, it's all the more exciting for what's to come!

Good luck on your journey, mate :) Keep the updates coming in. I was also using YT, but now my channel is sitting idle with 500 subs and 500k views on one of the videos. It's still ranking in the top 10, so it's making me some passive money. Work daily, unlike me and you'll reach your goal for sure. :)

    Update #5

It's looking like most likely when I'm back from my trip I'll increase it to 2 or maybe even 3 uploads a day. Have to space it apart just enough. I was able to finish nice photoshopped banners for my other channel (I constantly love playing around with them and changing and improving them), so now it's time to get started on this one next time I have some free time.

I still haven't done much promoting with this channel, but rest assured.. I DEFINITELY will have that going on before summer. And a lot of it! So far all looks great. The views aren't amazing, but I'm in no rush. I'm playing the long game...

    Update #6

Unfortunately unlike for my flagship, I did fall behind and wasn't able to schedule enough videos for the next week during my trip. I shall post on this thread maybe once during Cali, but the real magic will start next month. I still shall upload daily, but I'll just have to fall back on the community videos for a little bit more at the moment.

Currently my videos aren't doing too bad though :)

    Update #7

I decided to revert back to uploading other community videos now as my flagship requires 2 daily uploads, and my time's just limited. 5 community uploads a day is the goal. There have been a few days of pause without uploads, but all is back on track now. So far the earnings are meh, but I'm excited for March. And CPM's should be getting higher and higher now as we keep inching towards August :)

I didn't even know there were such things as YouTube engagement groups. Do you have any invite links if they're on telegram?
