It's been 72 hours since I've had any contact with Breezy87. She owes me $25 for Classified ad posting services. As mentioned over PM, my rate was $2.50 per live ad. She posted a thread requesting CL posting for her logo design service but it seems to have been removed.

As you can see in the chat, Breezy had a power outage on Sunday and said she'd pay me the following morning. I checked this past Monday and there were no funds. I wasn't upset and was more than willing to give her the benefit of the doubt. Im very understanding that many members work 9-5 jobs and have family issues etc.

Then 24 hours turned into 72 hours of zero replies. Had she replied to my Skype message and multiple emails within a reasonable timeframe I would have considered extending the payment deadline had she been committed or at least bothered to communicate with me
(gimme a break! she lives in LA, you're telling me she couldn't she set aside a few minutes to drive/walk to a fucking starbucks or public library and at least communicate with her clients and re: delayed work and service providers?)

I was going to give her to Friday before putting up this thread but then I noticed that her skype suddenly appeared as "pending contact request" If this is intentional, which I hope it's not, thats pathetic.

Breezy87: I expect an apology and the funds paid out in full. This is unprofessional and has lead to a lot of stress on my end!

Ok first of all: I told you after looking at your ads, they were not up to par at all. That's even with me typing out the ads for you and sending you 30 different logos. I told you to post them all, and there you were posting 1 or 2 logos. I am not paying for that. 1-2 logos will not bring in clients when there are 10000 different logo designers posting full portfolios, and it did not whatsoever. I told you I moved on to someone else, and then deleted you off my contact list. You did not post one single ad to my requirements. Nor did I receive a single client. You had sent me one email you said responded to your ad, which then never responded to my inquiry. If you cannot post ads to my specifications, and post my portfolio for possible clients to see as I requested, there is no way in hell I would be paying you $2.50 per ad. If I wanted to piss money down the toilet sweetheart on ads not meeting my specifications and not bringing in clients, I could of went on Fiverr and paid $5 for 4 ads. Or went on CL and found someone 10x cheaper, or even more found an Indian on BHW to do it for $.80 cents an ad. What exactly do you think you did that was worth $2.50 an ad? I typed the whole ad, I gave you a lot of work to post, and then you post half my ad and 1 or 2 logos. It did not bring in one client. So I had to drop you. You provided a horrible service, and that is something I am unwilling to pay for. A lot of stress? How much stress do you get posting 3 or four ads? Actually not even full ads. An apology? How about an apology from you. You did not do the work I told you to do, then you try and start shit on an internet forum. Grow up.

I had no idea you wanted all the images posted since you made no mention of it before you blocked me. To deny this is a lie and you know it.

As I said I would have been more than happy to replace the ads, had you been upfront. It would've taken a lot more time but I couldve edited all the images such that I would be able to post all of them and passed the filters.
You sent an email with what I assumed to be sample ad copy (which regularly needs to be shortened adjusted lenghthened to pass the CL duplicate filters) and a selection of images to use. "I told you to post them all" LIE!

You never gave instructions re: how much of the text and images had to be posted for each ad and you know it.

I dont care what you think the service is worth. I dont care if you received a single client. You agreed to the rate, then disappeared out of the blue.

Looking at the logs above, I see you being happy after the ads were posted, never mentioning anything about them not being as you wanted them. It's only in the 2nd log, which is several days later that you give any complaint to the ads. If there are additional logs and/or PMs that support your position, you need to post them.

Evan257 also sent via PM that the corrected amount he feels he is owed is $20, not $25.

So, in short... if there is more for me to look at, then post them in the thread. If any of the above logs are disputed as not being accurate, then post that as well.

Unfortunately, Breezy87 decided randomly to cut off communication by blocking me from Skype on a whim (she did this the same morning she promised to pay me as agreed)

Nowhere in the initial discussion or email (before she blocked me) does she ever request posting all the images in each ad. I will be happy to email the actual screenshots to OldSalt to verify.

None of her claims add up. If she wanted people to chase clients for her and get paid on a commission/contingency basis she should've started an affiliate program. She seems to completely forget about what she agreed to.
But In the Skype conversation, she clearly agreed to the (pay per live ad) rate I quoted over PM. After I reminded her of what I quoted, she caved in and admitted the $2.50/live ad was the accurate initial agreement:

I said $10 per client or give me you ad rate. Why would I need to tell you over and over to post my logos? That is why I gave you the damn logos. That is implied. Posting all the logos is not going to get an ad taken down. And changing one single word in the ad will pass the filter, not ripping off half of my ad I typed. You did not even post one full ad. I did not receive one client and deleted you off skype because I found someone else doing what they were told. I do not know what you think banning me will do Evan, I'm not going to give you $20 to save an account with 20 posts.

Give it up. You NEVER instructed me to post all of the logos in each ad. Changing one word? Are you kidding?

Wrong. Most posters post edited/reuploaded ad copy and images. Your ad even contained a phone number in the ad copy which is a dead giveaway to CL. Clearly you dont know what you're talking about.

If you had issues with the ad, you should have messaged me like an adult and I would have resolved it if you gave me more detailed instruction. Like most members of this forum, I strive to help my clients and forge long term business relationships. Just like article writers offer free editing, I would have gladly adjusted the ads accordingly and reposted.

But instead you blocked me like a child. Now you have to face the consequences like an adult. Sorry, my time isnt free.

Switching one word are you kidding?

I posted a full ad. I had to shorten the other to pass the filter. You never explictly stated how you wanted the ads formatted. I was just using what has worked in the past and generated replies for other clients. I did forward an email response to you but it's not my responsibility to close the leads.

Who in the right mind would tell someone they'll pay them in a day and then block them? It's sickening.
I dont want to know how many others you've screwed over.

We've seen enough to get his intention. Breey87's stated he's not going to pay although I will give him 48 hours to change his mind and pay the $20 to Evan257.

Breezy87 you are very mistaken in that you can just change a single word or even a few words in the context of an ad and then repost in CL. It will get filtered just about every time. On that, I do have experience in the past and it's only gotten worse.

So, we will give this 48 hours and if Breezy87 hasn't paid Evan257 the $20 by that point, his account will be perma-banned.

PS. Breezy87, if you post in ANY other thread than this one in the next 48 hours (or before paying the $20), I will ban you on the spot. I don't want to see you trying to offer services or asking for services on your way out.
