I am from Brazil and I can confirm that IM is ZERO competitive if comparing to IM in US for example.
At the same time, CPA networks in Brazil are 3, and offers are really bad.
Very low payouts and no diversity.

People are not used to IM yet here.

edit: I heard that Amazon is planning to be here in 2012.

Could be the next up and coming market. Research what Brazilians want and present it to them.

I always loved Brasil because of the mentality the sun the happyness of the people even when they are in a bad situation .

For me its possible to live here because, i have some sites in the Netherlands and mailing lists which give me enough income to live here quit comfortably .

Im in Salvador right now .....

Hi there. I live in São Paulo, Brazil, the 11th most expensive city in the world. Here we work a lot, earns tons of money, pay a lot of taxes and spend it all in services and security since that the government does almost nothing, public schools are a shit, public hospitals are horrible, police and politicians are corrupt and ou law ir terible, if you are under 18 years old you can kill anyone and you won´t go to Jail, take a read at this case where a 6 years old boy was killed , if you wan´t to read the full text just look for Joao hélio on wikipedia ....... five young men emerged from a taxi, three of them pointing guns. They surrounded the family's car and forced everyone to get out. João Hélio's mother rushed to the backseat to unbuckle João Hélio from his seat belt, asking her daughter Aline for help. The car thieves accelerated the vehicle before they could free the child. João Hélio was left hanging outside the car, held by the seat belt at his waist. He was dragged for 7 km (4.3 mi) before the thieves finally abandoned the car with the child's body still attached to it.... One of the thieves Ezequiel Toledo de Lima, who was 16 at the time of the crime, and who had confessed to being the one responsible for shutting the car door on the seat-belt, was released from confinement in 2010 upon reaching the age of 18. Due to receiving threats, he has assumed another identity with the government's assistance, and moved outside of Brazil....

So ... do you still wan´t to live in Brazil ..?? And another thing ... there are no dancing bikini girls on the beaches, if you wan´t that you should go to springbreak ...

True, companies aren't used to have affiliate programs or they pay very very bad ... Brazilians are just getting into the whole internet vibe and the big companies haven't discovered that affiliates programs really work (for us :D)

I live in Brazil somewhere on a tropical beach, so lucky i got out of Europe way before the crisis hit. Life used to be cheap, but it's getting more expensive by the year!

I think that there is a future for blackhat marketing here but whithout any good offers it's very hard! I mostly work as a designer here with white hat sites and travel affiliates.
With the World Cup and the Olympics coming up there should be some R$ to be made.

That economy along with the other Brics will help bring this world out of depression. I hope to conduct most of my business there. There is soo much potential openeing up. Wait till these guys start using the internet more.
