Be warned, I tend to write a lot. lol Thanks in advance if you make it to the bottom of this post.

Here is my situation; I'm trying my hand at some "local" Offline-SEO... I even have 2 strong $2-$3K each a month clients lined up through some business contacts I've made throughout the years. The easy-ness of this really makes me want to sink my teeth in to this market.

Ranking and everything aside I've hit somewhat of a technical roadblock. These people can easily recoup their cost for paying me a month by me referring 1-2 clients so I'm not incredibly concerned. I'm also fairly confident I can get them at least 1-5 clients a day easy through highly targeted traffic... Which brings me to my silly little dilemma...

I would like for them to try out what I'd be doing for them before paying. I'm also not the type of person that would start charging them until I was ABSOLUTELY sure they are getting leads. I also don't 100% trust them about the amount of leads they got in the "trial". For instance.. If they only got 1 lead all week I wouldn't feel comfortable charging them 3k+ a month. But they could just tell me that, meanwhile they got 20.

Here are a few things I was thinking, just so you see where my head is at:

    *Google voice
Yeah, I could create a domain email address, get a local google voice number, yadda yadda yadda.. But i wouldn't want to have my clients set up the confirmations and such on their end. Not sure if call recording is possible either.

    *PBX VoIP
Far from viable, but oh so good... I'd buy a few local DIDs and set them to forward however I need.. I can also set up phone recording (which would be perfect).. Only issue is the initial setup. I don't really want to lay out the cost of a PBX server, plus VOiP provider.. Nor do I really have the time to build some Linux-centos-citrix box to offset the cost.

    *Tropo?
I could as a temporary measure make a new developer Tropo account, program a little .rb file, delegate a number, and be on my way.. But I'd prefer to be able to monitor if the call was good or bad. Either through call recording or some other way.

I could also resort to some kind of answering service.. But I'd really prefer to not go down that road. I am also hard as hell to get in contact with via calling.. So having them forwarded to me and be able to divvy them out isn't an option for me either.

Any suggestions guys? Anyone else use a service/method to fill this void for them?

Here's what you are looking for
    www.callsource.com

You set up your phone numbers and use them in your advertising, the calls are recorded and saved and you can access everything online.

We have used this for several customers and it's great when you can login and listen in on a call or pull your account when visiting with a potential client and let them listen.

Thanks! Ironically enough I had actually skimmed over them earlier. :) I appreciate the input, I'll be reaching out to them later today.
