    Hi all,
Can you advise me if I should be worried about visitors comming from Google search and leaving page wihin a few secs(drops by competitors, I guess, because it has never happened before on a such massive scale)?
I have no G analytics code installed on my site.
    Thank you.

Without seeing the page that your traffic is bouncing from I wouldn't be able to comment on that aspect. What I have noticed is when Google sends me traffic from a keyword phrase that really doesn't apply to the page they are sending them to on my site my bounce rate goes up. This could be the case with your site, the visitor realizes within seconds that your site is not giving them the answer they are looking for so they click back to Google to try another listing. You might want to try something that will help them stick by putting related pages/keywords or site map near the top to try to get them to click to another page of your site that might apply to what they are looking for... this suggestion may or may not apply depending on what sort of site you have.
    Hope that helps

Add a youtube video to that page, might keep the visitors on the page longer that those few seconds, also make sure you have high quality content.

Make sure the most desired content is also on the top half of the page that loads. Don't forget, people are very graphic oriented now - They want to see something that catches their eye, not text.
