Bounce rate, flash maps quick question

I have a flash map, and people have to click and age and a location on the map to move to another page.

Anaylytics is showing my site to have horrendous bounce rates. So my quick two questions..

1/ When a user clicks on my map, as it is flash, is it counted by google analytics?

2/ How do people get the pm on their BHW account here?
