Thanks for details, i am defiantly going to try this out now!
Huge rank factor is video view lenght. Basicly if people watch video from start till end you get better ranks
Can u give us the links for the fiverr gigs that you've used?
You should build some backlinks too and give it some time.
Bought them now: http://fiverr.com/marcusy/get-you-400-favorites-on-your-youtube-video-within-1-day
It is not an instant thing.
Unless you send a shit load of views towards a vid as soon as it is uploaded, ranking a vid can take a fair amount of time.
But do i have to send views/comments/likes/favorites on a regular basis or just after uploading?
You understand that YouTube is similar to Google in SERPS, ranking, tactics, and strategies right? Each channel is the "site" and each video is the "page". What off YouTube marketing are you doing besides this? What was your tactical audience and goal for your video? Do you know why people would go to your link and not someone else? If you can answer these questions, incorporate it into your strategy for YouTube.
Great case study
I did a case study also and I found that if 90% of your views also correspond in the 'Likes' section you will rank for anything. I had 20k views and around 19k likes. Ranked for a very competitive keyword.
MY video is in #1 now for a keyword
But der is no searches for my keyword in Youtube .So i am not getting any clicks for my links .I have selected that keyword to rank the video in G .
My video is in 3rd page of G in 3 weeks
I have not bought any views .I just used mobile views exploit upto 2000 views and then view exchanges for views, likes and enhanceviews for comments .
I posted it in digg and used youlikehits for linkedln shares ,tweets etc
The keyword has upto 2000 exact US local search
yeah! build some quality backlinks too...your video will Rank more higher easily!
Mobile views? They don't rank as well as real views. Get subscribers and favourites on that video ASAP. Do normal SEO for the video as you would with a website. Build quality backlinks to it. Also embed it on several websites and forums (though, this can be tricky as people will soon see it's spam). Try a website like youlikehits to get subs and you could get people to tweet about your video (though, most get deleted or go unnoticed).
Well, at least you're moving forward, this is a great case study for us. Do one thing at a time and see what works and what not, then of course report back.
in your channel you will find a statistic called "audience retention", it will tell you when your views bounced. if they bounce early it will affect your position. you can stick an annotation at the beginning of your video that says "something" to make them stay longer, like, "free xyz at end of video" - or whatever. When you buy views you have to ask about "audience retention" percentage - SPK's was full length, U2B views is very low (I think).
Are that good views or bad views? They were the cheapest i found.
